Outside Play
At our program, we believe in the importance of fresh air and outdoor activities, where we focus on gross motor skills, rain or shine. Additionally, we love exploring local and regional parks, and gardening. Join us as we embrace the great outdoors!
Art
Daily child-led process art promotes creativity and self-expression. We offer a variety of materials and children can freely explore their emotions, enhancing their artistic abilities and boosting their confidence. Children have access to art supplies all day every day.
Meals
At our daycare, we prioritize the health and well-being of your children by providing healthy, home-cooked meals and snacks. Our balanced menu includes a variety of delicious options for breakfast and lunch. We believe that good nutrition fuels happy and active kids!
Our Approach
Our daycare and preschool is play based, nature inspired. We take inspiration from Montessori, Waldorf, and Reggio Emilia, without focusing on one specific way of educating. We love our Earth and want to be better stewards of it by reducing our use of plastic within our home. We also compost with worms and garden some of our own food, which the children can help with if they want. We offer two meals and two snacks focusing on balanced options. We will explore many cultures, languages, holidays, and celebrate the beauty in the diversity of humans. Our main goal is to provide a safe place where children can explore their environment and grow into kind, curious, resilient humans, much like our patch of wildflowers.
